Do it right!

You can't tell us that HRM is going to build several indoor aquatic centres for each community within the Western Region of HRM.

Why would we want our tax dollars to go toward a virtual replica of the under-sized Northcliffe recreation and aquatic facility with another under-sized facility?

Do it right! Build one large multi-use, multi-region recreation facility on the Mainland Common with meeting and activity rooms, regulation sized multi-use gyms, a 50 metre pool with diving towers, indoor walking track and rinks that will accommodate present and future needs of the entire Western Region.

I don't want my tax dollars going to a facility which is obsolete and under-sized at the outset.
